We collect and store conversation text and IP addresses. This data may be used to improve the Service. We also use Google Analytics. Use of the Service constitutes consent to this data collection. See our Privacy Policy for more.
Intellectual Property
All content, code, and design of the Service is owned by the B. H. Roberts Foundation or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part without written permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use the Service.
Modifications
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
